The fact that we all need to work towards the same goal and take responsibility for a more sustainable society, cannot have escaped anyone. We must work together to achieve sustainable businesses, financial sustainability, sustainability for our employees and long-term social responsibility, where the environment is of course one of the cornerstones. Sustainability begins and ends with strong leadership and requires our businesses to be financially viable and remain profitable.

QUALITY
We are constantly working to meet and understand our customers’ needs while offering outstanding customer service. To ensure that work projects are delivered to the highest standards in a timely fashion. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and security for our employees and owners is something for which we are constantly striving.
ENVIRONMENT
At Theofils we are passionate about contributing towards a better environment; we do this through focus on our operations and in collaboration with the Swedish Environmental Foundation.
We conduct annual audits for our sites and our everyday work is informed by our Environmental Handbook.
We take our role seriously as sustainable and conscious producers by, among other things, reporting to FTI/Repa, Elkretsen/Naturvårdsverket, SCIP/ECHA
Our suppliers are required to adhere strictly to our sustainability guidelines.
When it comes to electricity consumption, we choose fossil-free and renewable energy.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/CSR
At Theofils we strive towards a positive work environment with professional attitudes, where we all share our own responsibility for creating well-being and personal development and to stay informed about policies and rules.
The work environment must be such that no ill health or injuries can occur at the workplace. This must permeate all decisions and activities that are carried out.
SUNDA HUS
Sundahus is a swedish independent testing organisation. A lot of our products are tested and compliant with Sunda hus criteria for environmental friendly and sustainable products.
Elkretsen (SFS 2022:1276)
Theofils annually report the amount of electronic devices produced and recycled to Swedish governments in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.

Energy
Theofils always prefer fossil free and renewable energy sources. We are regularly assessing our choice of energy sources to minimize our climate impact.
ANSVARSFULLT
Theofils are certified by Ansvarsfullt.se to ensure that our organisation are keeping up with our desired environmental standards.
FTI/REPA
Theofils annually report and follow up the amount of packaging used to Swedish organisations FTI/REPA.
Svensk miljöbas
We are environmentally certified since May 2021 in accordance with SUSA (Sustainable Standards). An Environmental Management System that ensure us to reach our reach our environmental goals.
AGENDA 2030
Constant review, evaluation and improvement of our environmental performance are crucial in the work of reaching the global goals of Agenda 2030.
Internship at Theofils
We are very positive to trainee programs and internships. In conjunction with Jönköping University we are providing internships tailored to suit both Theofils and the students profile to get the most out of our cooperation.
SCIP/REACH
Theofils are constantly working to avoid hazardous chemicals in our products. Our products comply with SCIP/REACH regulations.
Byggvarubedömningen
Byggvarubedömningen is an organisation within the construction industry that supply guidelines and assessments for some of Theofils products to ensure sustainability and minimal environmental impact.

Code of conduct
Theofils code of conduct reflects the core values and company guidelines to be followed by ourselves as well as by our suppliers. This ensures that we are socially and ethically responsible throughout the chain of our products.
Material specifications / conflict minerals
Theofils demand that our suppliers do not use conflict minerals in any of our products sold or marketed through or by Theofils.
Such minerals include: Tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold from politically unstable areas.
